Oakley En Bleiler Jacket - Waterproof Insulated (For Women)

I don't know what Oakley was thinking -- this jacket was cut easily 2-3 sizes too large. Everything was just oversized -- and not in a good way. I am 5'9 with an athletic build -- I usually wear a Large in jackets b/c I have muscular shoulders and I like to be able to layer. I also have really long arms. I could have fit a basketball under the jacket/the sleeves went longer than my fingertips. Too bad b/c it could have been cute -- jacket color (green) was great, but had to return it. More for a "big and tall" man, not a woman's jkt.

I liked the color on the web page (lime green) In person it was dullish. The jacket also had alot of black color to it that wasn't shown on the pictures. It did not feel like it would be warm enough for a quick walk on a cold winter day , let alone a day on the slopes. Where a liner was meant to be there was a bright red zipper UUUGGGHHH !!!! That also wasn't shown in the pics. Worst of all the jacket was gigantic. I am a small and got a medium since it is a winter coat and typically you need to size up. It was big green square. Even if I had gotten the small it still would have been shapeless.

Like it says...I bought this for my girlfriend and she just loves it! She bought the pants last year and could not afford the $300 jacket at the time. When I seen this on STP...it was a must buy, for a little over a houndred bucks it was a no brainer.

I was actually disappointed in this jacket. The picture looked great, but I didn't like the look of it as much in person. I normally wear a small, but the jacket was way too big. The sleeves were very long and the overall fit of the jacket was big. I had to return it, so I never tried it out. The other feature that I think may have been a pain were the magnetic closures. Not a bad looking jacket and it looked well made. It is listed as an insulated jacket, but there is no insulation in the arms and minimal in the torso...I would have needed a liner.

This coat is supposed to have a liner. If it came with one it would be perfect! I tried to zip my own liner into it but the zippers don't match. Maybe if you had an Okley fleece the zippers would match.
