Obermeyer Athens Stretch Ski Pants - Waterproof Soft Shell (For Women)

Overall I like the pants. It's stylish as ski pants goes, and not too bulky but gives plenty of warmth. I wear jeans in sizes any where between 27 to 29 depending on the cut and brand, and I got myself a size 6. It's a little tight across the hips and waist. However the pants is stretchable, thus it loosens up as I wore it. I guess the tightness is necessary to keep the pants in place and keep the cold and snow out.

I normally wear a size 4 and did order the size 6 in these pants based upon the other feedback. For me they are perfect. I am 5 ft 7 and 125 lbs and fairly straight. They definately felt snug initially when I put them on, but after I wore them a while they seemed to loosen up. They are very comfortable and stretch well in all directions. These pants are very stylish and fitted and I think it comes down to your body type as to whether they will work for you. I like the fact that they are higher at the back and they have a good amount of pockets. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Great pair of pants - well made, fantastic price. I did end up exchanging the pants - for two sizes larger than what I normally wear. Yikes!

Just came from Blizzard conditions on ski slopes at Deer Valley at Park City, Utah! I was warm through all the wind and cold wind chill factor. All I was wearing under these ski pants were my Under Armour long underwear, and was still very warm!

Pants look and feel great! I am normally a size 10-12 and decided to order a 12 to be on the safe size. They fit perfectly. They also look very stylish and are not like the bulky skiing pants that make you look you weigh 1000 pounds.

I was expecting stretch soft shell pants- not soft shell but rather typical nylon ski pants. So I sent them back.

We ordered an 8 and 10 as onthers reviewed them as running small. My wife wears and 8 and the 8 fit. That was the regular and I think they come in a slim style too. I cannot attest to them being waterproof, breathable and warm as we have not skied yet this year. They do appear all of the above though. Well built and look great. I would buy again.

Everything seems great about these pants except getting them to fit. I read the reviews and did what everyone suggested and ordered a size larger, but that still did not work. Every pair of pants in my closet is a 6 and I even have a few 4's, but these 8's are just cut too tiny in width. If I order a size larger they will be too big in the waist. I was looking forward to wearing these, but will have to return them.

Trim fit means you must order up a size. Well-made pants, wish I could have kept them.

I couldn't find stylish ski pants in decent price, and now I own one! I cannot complaint about the pants. The texture of the pants looks much better than the picture on the website. I usually wear 0-2, but I ordered 4 and it fits perfectlly.
