if it wasn't for the zipper this would be a great coat, but the zipper was so cheap. was not zippering well from the start, and i suspect it would stop working soon. returned!!

It's an ok jacket, I got a good deal so not upset. Had I paid full retail I'd be screaming. The zipper on this thing is what you'd expect to find on an 80's members only windbreaker. It's very weak. The zipper is also on the wrong side. Normally the catch is on the right side, but on this it's on the left side. Odd and dumb. Makes it hard to zip up as I'm not left handed and you have to secure the insert side with your left hand, crossing your hands in the process. Jacket is warm and has low noise. It's a great fit, and when fully zipped the neck seals out the wind admirably. Apart from the zipper, which is unsubstantial and backwards, this is a great jacket. However, as every other down jacket in the world has a heavy duty zipper, I had to knock it two stars because I know this zipper won't last and will need to be replaced soon.

Perfect light weight jacket that provides the warmth and comfort that one requires to survive Chicago winters. Can't recommend highly enough!
