I have just started learning to ski this season. I had borrowed a pair of snow pants from a friend - too loose, suspenders, etc. I bought myself these ski pants as a Christmas present. They fit absolutely perfectly. They are comfortable - and move extremely well during skiing and snowshoeing (the activities that I've worn them for so far!). I would definitely recommend these.

I got these pants for the upcoming ski season in Western Washinton. I was looking for something without suspenders, an interesting color, zippered vents, and wide enough pantlegs to go over my ski boots. All for less than $100. For days I searched many, many different websites but never found anything. I was intrigued by the courdroy material and liked the clean lines of these pants so I ordered a small-the usual size I order; being a size 6. When they came, I couldn't even button them! I got online and exchanged them for a med. and sent the small ones back. Unfortunately, the sale had ended when I made the exchange so I couldn't get the larger size for the same price--big bummer. The new pair fits tolerably well. A little too loose but with the velcro tabs on the waist, and with long janes on underneath, they fit perfectly. Some of my favorite features are the way the butt fits: just snug enough to feel like a woman but relaxed enough to hike and ski; I also like the D-ring pass holder on the pocket, and the wide legs with reinforced scuff guards. I wish these pants had deeper pockets in front and maybe one on the thigh as well as back pockets. They don't have zippered vents for warmer days but the breathability seems to be adequate. The first test I put them under was when I pulled them out of the box and ran them under my faucet. The water just rolled off like mercury. Very cool. Then I went up in the mountains to find a Christmas tree. It had snowed the day before but it was warm and the snow was melting fast. I wore the pants without a base layer and stayed the perfect temperature all day. It was wonderful. But the true test was a weekend which was spent at White Pass for a ski instructor clinic. We were outside in 2 degree weather all day and, with a midweight base layer underneath, these pants were very warm. Of course, the chair rides were chilly and my seat and the tops of my thighs felt that but not too bad. Overall, these are the best ski pants I've ever owned. They seem durable and I hope to use them for many winters.

I love these pants! The color is a great lime/olive green and there is cool embroidery detail on the inside. They are not too bulky and warm. I am a petite 5' and I was so happy to find a pair with a shorter inseam. These fit great knowing that I will have on a pair of boots, too. Great stuff!

I'm a dog trainer, and I like to train outdoors in the wintertime. These "snow pants" have nice deep pockets, and very warm. The exterior looks and feels just like normal tab-waist cords, but they do make that funny snow-pants swishy noise when I walk. The waist is adjustable. I feel like now I can enjoy the winter more!

I have not had the chance to put these to the test, but they look awesome, fit great, and feel quality.
