Thought this would be more yellow as indicated on product page but it is really a nice shade of orange-copper. Works great for light layering. Seems well made, zippers are sturdy and pockets have good placement.

I wanted a soft shell for winter use - one to put over my base and mid-layers when cross country skiing on cold days, and this jacket is just the ticket! I know it will be fine at any time of the year. Stylish but with plenty of room for movement, I'm totally happy with this jacket, it's great for cross country skiing, and will definitely buy Obermeyer again!

This jacket is nothing like the picture suggests. It is NOT a trim fit, it is very puffy in mid-section and arms. I am 5'8'' and 175 lb, ordered Medium size and the jacket has way too much room. It is so wide at the bottom you have to tighten the cord ties all the way, and then it looks like a "bomber" jacket. Red color is nothing like the picture, it is very dark red. the material is very stiff, nothing like the modern softshell jackets. It is also oddly short and I am not a tall guy.
