Nice coat, medium weight, waterproof?

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this for my five year old to wear when the weather is cool but not freezing. It says that it is waterproof, but I don't think it is because the water doesn't roll off it is just absorbed into the material. She wears it when it is cold and raining under her raincoat. It also fits a little snug. But it is very pretty and stylish.
