Will wear this jacket for skiing in New Zealand this July. So I cannot comment how warm the coat is at this moment. I wear US2-4 and chose the jacket in size 4 and with one base layer or thin fleece top inside, it just fits nicely, not too bulky.

I am 5'4" 140 lbs and bought a 10, seems like it will be perfect with winter layers underneath! The style is really pretty! Wish I could provide info about it's use, warmth etc...ask me again in January!!

It is also very stylish with the color blocking. It is not quite as padded/warm as my current jacket, but layering should solve that.
