I ordered XL reg. The pants were true to size. I am 37-38 waist...so they were a tad big. My inseam is 30...so 31" was too long for me. (Also, the pants are somewhat low rise. Not a lotta room below below...)
If you are slim and not long waisted, these pants will fit you perfectly.
