No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I bought 2 sizes, an extra small and a small. I wear a 2 in a dress. I can only fit a thin tank top under the extra small and I have to zip it up to have it look right. The small has really long sleeves for a small but everything else is a better fit than the extra small unless you want it really tight.”
