I bought these for my husband who walks a lot. He said they are very comfortable and feel really stable on uneven ground and rocks. They are a little heavy but still feel great.

These light hikers are just right for everyday use. They are obviously not meant for 25 mile hikes on uncertain terrain. In the two weeks I've worn them I've found no defects. They are exactly as advertised.

The traction was great and my feet were well supported. I tore the tread away from the side on the first trip. We were bouldering and rock hopping so the coniditions were extreme.
