OllyDog Microsuede-Berber Fleece Dog Bed - Extra-Large, Rectangular

Multi uses. Kennel liner, travel bed. As previously mentioned this is very well made, thick, plush, comfortable, warm, durable and is reverseable. This is not only used for my 3 poodles but also for dogs I groom. I've not yet laundered it but I see no problems in doing so. This was purchased at a fantastic price, delivered in a very timely fashion and I am extremely pleased with the product. I believe in this company Sierra Trading Post and the principles of their business ethics. They never fail in providing a fine product and this is yet another example of just that.

My dog loves the bed. I wouldn't have paid the full price however.

The second this bed hit the floor our lab-mix laid down on it. We have two large dogs and both vie for this coveted spot. It's time to get a second one! Although the bed looks a little thin, it is a favored spot for both of our dogs. It does collect bits of wood (it's near our wood stove) and dog hair, but what dog bed doesn't? Easy to wash and dry.

Smaller than advertised. Not very substantial. Sheds brown fuzz.

In the description of this dog bed it stated in "LxWxD that it was 28x42x2." It was not even close. It was 28x38x2. Someone needs to put proper sizing for their products. In addition the pad inside can not be taken out to wash the outside fabric.

Fits perfect in large and medium crates. Dogs like it but my pit/lab mix chewed the label off first time left in crate and pulled some stuffing out. I turned it over and use other side & no additional damage yet. I bought a spare at these good prices. For non-chewers, it's a perfect bed in or out of crate. We took it for out of town trip and pit/lab laid on it on floor all night outside of her crate.

I would agree with several other reviews that this isn't "extra large". It will be fine for in the car or when traveling but I don't think it will replace the nice thick, big bed we got from [@]. For the money, I am not sure I would recommend it.

Bought this for Christmas for my golden retriever. He's about 65 lbs. and it fits him and our living room well. He loves it and fell asleep within minutes of laying on it. Would be good for a large travel crate also. It's an extra large but it may be a bit small for a dog larger than mine. Overall good product that I would purchase again.

Both the positive and negative reviews are correct: they are not particularly thick, but they seem comfortable. I ordered two, because the reviews said they are thin, thinking I would double them in the dog's crate. But in the end I put one in the crate, which it fits perfectly, and one in the living room. Our 4-month-old German Shepherd puppy took to them immediately. She also chewed on the label and strap, which had to be cut off. I have washed and dried one of them, and it came out fine.
