OllyDog Olly Tote Dog Carrier

This is a tidy, inconspicuous puppy carrier and very light. If you need to tote your pet around for a brief errand, this would be great since it's not obvious you have a pup in a bag. Granted, it's a bit boxy looking and not as hip as a designer handbag, but who cares? Keeps Fido safe and comfy. I would probably not carry anything heavier than 8lbs, unless you have a very compact pet. My pup is a toy breed but he's rather lengthy when stretched full out. He could probably curl up in the carrier to rest but he would not be able to fully lounge or sprawl.

I bought this for my daughter who had just gotten a pomeranian. He is only 4.3 lbs. May get to be 5. The bag is great looking, easy to carry. He is small so the fit is fine. For another breed I would really check the narrowness. It is a bit deep for the pom but easy rememdy by putting a blanket or something but not all that necessary. This bag is great for taking him out, having him safe in the car etc. It is extremely well made. I bought the bag for it's streamlined look.I knew my daughter wouldn't want something too bulky. The top ventilation is good.The price for the quality is incredible. At pet stores the bags I saw for this price were not great. At specialty stores the bags twice as much or more where not as nicely made and functional as this one.

We purchased 2 OllyDog Carriers for 7 & 8 lb toy poodles who get tired of close proximity. Their soft side carrier was wearing out with daily use and we needed a replacement they could relax in, but also that could be buckled in to the back seat. Other necessary features met well by OllyDog are they are cleanable, sturdy, have good air flow, light and portable, but strong enough to offer protection and open enough for eye contact. The only con is that it is about 1" too small in both length and width for the pups to lay down in. Great if they want to sit up and look out or if We want to carry the totes with the shoulder straps. OllyDog also looks nice, zips pretty easily, sturdy. Over all, a great product at a great price.

This is great for my 3lb Chihuahua puppy to ride in the car with me. I put the bag on the passenger's seat and the narrow design fits very well. She can face me and pop her head out the top. If I have to leave her for a short time, I can zip it closed and secure the bag to the seat with the shoulder harness. I also use it in the house when I'm unable to watch her closely, i.e. cooking, on the computer etc. so she doesn't get into things. Glad I found this!
