“Cute, not as shiny”

“I bought this so my dog could do some 1/2 marathon training with me this winter, unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to use it for walking/running yet, but I used it the other day to make her sit still while I bathed her, the shiny strip lost almost all of its sheen. I am assuming it will still shine if bright light hits it, but it is hardly as reflective as it was before she got wet. Still, I like the look of it, and she seems to find it comfortable. It adjusts easily and has a wide range of size adjustment.”
