“Reflective tape peeled off after 1 month”

“I bought this good-looking collar for my black dog to protect him on dark country roads at night. The reflective tape was really reflective, and he looked quite handsome in the collar. Unfortunately, the reflective tape immediately began peeling off, and it was gone completely within a month. This could be because it was defective, or it could be because he is a daily swimmer - no other reviewers addressed swimming dogs. If you live by the water or have a pool your dog uses, best to not buy this collar. I now have him in a godawful orange reflective hunting-dog collar, but at least he's visible at night. I'm really sorry this didn't work out.”
