OllyDog Reflective Dog Coat - Large-Extra Large

The color is one thing this safety "vest" has going for it. The other is it is very light weight, which is good if your dog needs to wear the vest all day long. My dog wears it dawn to sundown during hunting season, so the lightness makes it great for indoors. It is not a coat and is expensive for what you get. Gets out of shape, especially around the neck quickly.

Bought to give a black dog good visibility in the woods during early bear season. Great visibility, but material is lightweight and snags/tears easily. After first outing have some repair work to do on it. Would be fine for visibility when walking a dog on a leash in town.

I have dogs that bound all over the place. My Black Lab disappears into this night woods more often than I'm comfortable with so I love to put this on her to keep visible and safe. The other dogs have lighter colored coats so this is not an issue for them - although if you walk your dog @ night, this is perfect for any dog to keep you and your buddy safe @ night. "Q" is a medium size but with a large barrelled chest. I bought XL and it fits just fine. I would like to have another Cinch around her belly to keep it in place, but that doesn't take away any of it's function.

The discription says it is a coat but it is very thin, mostly mesh. would only be for hot summer nights. no protection other than color. Had to return it

I bought this for my airedale to wear when she runs with my son when it is dawn or dusk. Although she has not yet worn it outside, I think it will be a good reflective safety jacket for cars to see her. Of course, she is not happy wearing anything except her own fur, but I figure she will get used to it. Easy on and off. Nice lightweight so it won't get her overheated. Not meant to provide warmth.

Disappointed in this product. Too large for my Standard Poodle, (according to measurement guidelines this should have fit), although I will cut and re-sew velcro straps to fit. IMO not enough reflective strips for good visibility. Snap-lock adjustable buckles would have been much better design instead of the skimpy velcro closures that are used.

Lightweight and highly reflective. Good loose fit doesn't bother the dogs like their other sweaters do. Doesn't get in the way of the harness or collar either.

I bought xtra large for a 70lb dog....is actually sized for an 45 lb dog

Coat is very lightweight and easy to put on. Both sizes available run small.

The coat is ok. Will use in the summer months as it is quite thin. It seems to be poorly made.
