OllyDog Round Dog Bed with Bolster - 50", Recycled Materials

Was VERY disappointed that the bolster on this is not at all sturdy, which is why I ordered it. Bought one for less than half the price and size at a box store - very sturdy bolster. I should have returned this, but gave it to my aging lab as one more option to rest his weary bones.

Our dog took right to it, she is about 100# and there is plenty of room for her to stretch out. She uses the bolster as a pillow. The padding seems a little on the thin side to me but doesn't seem to bother her, she snores away on it. The bolster is smaller and less upright than I had anticipated from the ad photo.

As the other reviews described, the bolster does not stand up independently as in the photo. It falls flat, unless propped up by a wall or, better yet, a corner to support both sides of it. It is also flatter and less fluffy than I'd want if I was putting it on our hard wood floors. I use it in my carpeted bedroom in a little space between two pieces of furniture and against a wall, so the sides are supported. The cover is soft and fleecy though, so my GSP likes it. I'm not going to send it back, but I wouldn't order it again.

The outer cover is nice. The pillow/bolster is very thin and isn't large enough to fit the cover. The dog still uses it and appears to be comfortable. Looks sloppy....

Nice bed for sale price but would not want to pay full retail for it. I've had it for about 6 weeks and it's already flattened out quite a bit. The dogs still love it though. The cover is pretty sturdy so we'll be able to replace the pillow inside before it wears out.
