O'Neill Skins Rash Guard - Long Sleeve (For Girls)

Great instead of sunscreen. My daughter loves to wear it.

I was looking for a long sleeve, but lightweight SPF 50 shirt for my 2 yr old daughter and found everything for girls to be very short-sleeved... but this item is perfect for us. She can wear it anywhere - in or out of the water - it doesn't make her too hot (which in SC is really important) - and it matches everything and keeps her safe from the sun. It saves me the time and hassle of running after her trying to lather her arms and neck with sunblock! I think it might run a bit small or perhaps it is supposed to fit REALLY snug, because she fits the 4T and she's just barely over 2. She still has a little room to grow into it, but I'd suggest considering a size up.

This rash guard that i bought for my daughter is very comfortable and saves us sunscreening her shoulders and arms. It is very soft and there have been no complaints from my 7 year old. She would rather wear it than put on more sunscreen.

My daughter loves this rashguard. She uses it when we go boating, when she's swimming in the pool, or just running through the sprinklers outside. Of course she loves not having to lather up in sunscreen just to be outside! Great quality, will definitely last a season or two.

Bought this for my daughter for a recent trip to St. Thomas, USVI. Great rash guard. She loved the color and design. I should get another one as this one will get a lot of use this summer! Thanks!!

I use it to protect my daughter from the sun in the Chesapeak Bay

We bought these for the sun protection factor to use on a Hawaii vacation. We bought size 6 and 8 for our 6 and 8 year old girls. I can't comment on performance as we haven't used them yet. We purchased according to weight and they fit. They are tighter in the arms than in the bodice. They don't fit tight like my under armour spf shirt, but our girls are thin. Overall the kids really like the shirt, and now I don't have to stress about a bad burn while they are snorkeling and having fun in the sun! I like the long sleeves for this reason!I would buy these again. I only rated 4 stars because we haven't used them yet.

Our family is about to move back to HI this summer due to a military move. I ordered one of the above tops for my petite 10 year-old daughter to brave the ocean conditions in HI. I liked the product so much I ordered two more in boys though. We haven't actually used the product yet but in my opinion, these tops are essential when living/swimming in HI year around.
