I bought this for my husband. He is very happy with this "shirt styled" jacket because it is lightweight but still warm and very versatile. It will be perfect for travel because he can wear a tie (if necessary).
Verified Buyer Reviewed by mightymike from B.C., Canada on Saturday, October 10, 2015I love this shirt! It was a little bit big, big enough to wash and dry on medium and that did the trick, it fits perfect now.
It is a beautiful shirt, very well made and very high quality. It has real nice satin lining and is very light but so very warm.
I have alot of wool shirts and shirt/jacs, this is now my new favorite, so comfortable.
Reviewed by OCULUS from Rensselaer, NY on Tuesday, February 11, 2014This is your Dad/Grandad's heavy melton shirt that is cut large and has plenty of beef, though, I wouldn't look too hard for the 10% cashmere. It is well-made and even has a satin lining in the sleeves for easy entry and exit. It arrived as I was recovering from shoulder surgery and was struggling with a sling and limited arm mobility. That satin made all the difference in getting this shirt jacket on and off during a very cold spell. It is warm and comfortable. Now to find a nice fire and a Kaywoodie.
Reviewed by Coloradogal from Colorado on Monday, July 1, 2013My husband loves wool shirts and STP is a great place to find them. However, I did not find that this one really stacked up to others I had purchased. On the pro side, the wool is very soft - with the cashmere, you might even think it was not a wool. The main objection is no side pockets. The description does not say that it has side pockets, but I missed this and it needs them in my opinion. Also, it is not very attractive - just kind of hangs. The photo actually shows this quite well so again, a good representation. Overall, not worth the money.
