    My 12 year old really likes these pants. She is very thin and the waist fits her, so if you are average in the waist, they might seem on the tight side. They are quite fashionable for a ski pant - don't look too bulky even though they are insulated and the waist sits low (desirable among the tween crowd) I am very happy with this purchase
