It's a bit tight through the shoulders, but that could just be my body type. The bottom/back of the jersey comes down much lower than the front so it won't "ride up" your backside when riding in an aero position. I like the longer back, but be aware that it's REALLY long if you are short waisted or a petite person. Other than those small fit issues, this jersey looks great!
