Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ephblum from Amherst, NY on Thursday, January 14, 2016This was an Xmas gift and already gave same person one a couple years ago (got a new watch so could use another one). But impressed with the look and quality of Orbita and have heard nothing but positives about battery life, looks, etc. from the receiver.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jm from Lehigh Valley, PA on Thursday, November 20, 2014Once I found the correct setting for my watches it work well. Consistent winding also "fixed" one of my watches that did not keep good time.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ronnyrunt from Florida on Thursday, August 28, 2014The first thing you notice is the absolute beauty of the woodwork on this winder. Then the ease of programming and the almost inaudible quietness when the winder is running. This is a very high quality machine and Sierra offers the best deal on the internet.
Reviewed by Mark Twain from World Traveler on Thursday, July 10, 2014Purchased the Privee for my IWC Pilot XVI
It cycles every 20 minutes and rotates 9 1/2 turns on setting # 9 (650TPD).
NOTE: There is a programming selection chart on the inside of the battery door.
Be advised it comes with two (2) 'D' Cell Orbita Lithium batteries not one as stated in the description.
So far it has keep my watch running and quite accurate; -0/+0 seconds per day...amazing!
This is one solid well build product, its a bit on the large size but apparently its designed to be "Shown Off" like a nice collectors piece.
Don't expect it to stop rotating when it reaches the 12 or 6 O' clock position; it will stop at random positions which in my opinion simulates what happens when it is worn on the wrist so I have no problem with that.
All-in-All this is an excellent winder and I have no problem recommending it.

Reviewed by Linda from Pennsylvania on Saturday, February 8, 2014I bought this lovely watch winder for a Rolex that was having problems running. So far, so good. The watch is running as it should and the winder is working as it should. Most noteably the winder is very quiet. The case is beautiful.
Question “New or refurbished?”
Answer This item is new.
Answer So on their site it's $600 now but you're selling it for 200 new? Does it come with a guarantee? Thank you :-)
Answer I have purchased 2 of them about a year apart. They looked new to me-although they were bought as gifts I have seen them "in action" on occasion.
