Orca 226 Tri Shorts (For Women)

These shorts are a true UK size 12 (US 8 approx.) They fit me great. I am 5'11" and 165lb with Slim hips. They are very light weight and the padding in minimal. Just as I like them. Nice shorts.

The shorts were nice, and great value if you get the right size & fit. I got the wrong size. I bought the XXS, I usually get XS in this brand but legs are little loose so I thought I would try the XXS. They fit in the legs but the waist measured 18" couldn't get them over my hips has to return them. The color is not as pretty as the photo. A little duller blue. Could be my computer. Good luck!!!

european sizing..too small, too thin fabric

this was a choice by chance to buy for price and to have for a biking trip I was going to for the cruise/bike trip. great choice and lots of comments on it from others that had not seen these. maybe there are other colors available that I will buy.

I am a triathlete that is trying to trim some time off of my transitions. These shorts were excellent! No chafing, no shifting, they dried FAST!!! The small chamois between the legs was sufficient for the small time I was in the saddle. However, I race in the Athena division. So, the color and fit were not curve flattering. I didn't feel stunning in them, however I did not buy these shorts for looks. Looks, and blueberry butt aside, I would recommend these shorts to everyone. They are awesome...especially the price!

Bought this to train and wear for my first sprint tri. According to other reviews I went down a size....I couldn't even get them all the way up! I believe Orca has inconsistencies in their sizes. I've ordered the same size in 2 different Orca tops before....one was small, one was big. The quality is there, it's just hit or miss on the sizing. Order at your own risk. I'd suggest the Saucony Tri shorts on STP. Great buy, great performance and perfect length!

The sizes these days are really hard to know. I got an 8, it was ridiculously large, so I went one size down, and even that is too large. I didn't want to bother sending it back again, I'll just deal, but they run very large. If the size were right, they'd be pretty good.

After reading the reviews, I bought size 14(US 8). I normally wear an 8 and often have to buy larger due to my wide bootee. Not in this case. The 14(US 8) was way too big, gathered in the front and sagged. Overall, it's a fantastic pair of tri-shorts, well constructed, sturdy but need a smaller size, one or two lower to fit.

I am normally between a six and an eight in shorts. Since tri shorts are notoriously unforgiving, I ordered the US 8. Way too big. Had to return them - would have fallen off in the pool.
