Very nice fit. Perfect amount of padding. I do enjoy lightly padded shorts. I have done Ironman Kona in a swimsuit. For triathlons thin pads are great for all distances.     not much padding. I haven't run in them yet but I think the pad is a good size so as not to bother you while running. Great for swimming and biking.

    I ordered the size small Orca 226 shorts and they fit perfectly. I did a triathlon in them without even testing them out before. They worked well under a wetsuit and felt great on the ride and run. They were not too hot or binding feeling like many other tri shorts. Refer to Orca's sizing chart to find the right size.
