“I use this for cold-water triathlons. I am 5'8" and 130 lbs. If I'm wearing a womens suit, it's got to be M or L b/c my shoulders are so broad. Mens smalls fit much better in the shoulder. Other than the narrow tight shoulders and resulting neck choke (albeit slight compared to other suits w/higher necks), this suit is awesome. 61-degree water was comfortable (just slightly chilly) and the suit is more stretchy and low-profile than any other suit i've worn- without sacrificing any buoyancy.”
