Orca Equip Triathlon Wetsuit - Full Sleeve (For Men)

The product felt tight out of the box, but after a couple times in and out, the fit seemed perfect. I don't know if it stretched a bit or what, but I'm very pleased with it. And though it was hard to get off by myself the first time, once I put a little body glide on the outside of the ankles (which is the part that would stick to my legs while trying to get out), it came off easily--of course, that time I was in the triathlon, and there was a guy a "wetsuit stripper" who yanked it off in nanoseconds. Boom! Run!

I am 6' tall, 155 lbs, 37" chest, and size MT fits but feels VERY tight, and perhaps a bit short on my (very long) arms and legs. The material seems to be very high quality, though not too stretchy so it is quite a tight fit once I squeeze myself in (while dry). As my first coldwater wetsuit, to be used in triathlons/on a catamaran on the Hudson, I am keeping this suit due to low price, good craftsmanship, and I'm hoping it may stretch out a bit over time, like my other wetsuit has. Have not yet used in h20.

perfect beginner/amateur tri suit esp for the price; sizing right on target (as opposed to many of the reviews that I've read which state to buy "larger"); if I wear this one out, will likely buy same brand again!

There are a lot of comments about this being too small, but I did not find that to be the case. The legs are not supposed to go all the way down to your ankles. It should not be a breeze to put on either, especially if you are new to wetsuits. It will hinder you instead of help you if too big once you are in the water (will add drag and wont keep you warm). I ordered a size 6 and I am 5'8-1/2", 140-145 lbs, with a 38" chest. It fits great up top, maybe a bit roomy in the torso but I am beneath the weight range for the size. I might try to go down a size. The price is unbeatable for any brand of wetsuit, much less for a reputable brand such as Orca.

I just did my first triathlon and the suit has worked out great so for. Just follow Orca sizing menu when selecting size and you should be fine. No verdict on durability yet, because I have only had the wetsuit for a few weeks. Wetsuit keeps you nice and warm in cold water and performance seems good. A little chafing around neck, but with chafing cream you will be fine. Would definitely recommend this to anybody interested in open water swimming/triathlons!
