SCS-coated HydroCell neoprene improves glide in the water
I am 5'6", 132 lbs. and I got the medium. Other than the legs being a bit short, it fits wonderfully. Add 15 lbs to your body weight and order that size, because the sizing chart runs small.

Based on feedback on some other sites I ordered a size larger than the sizing chart indicated. I was at the upper end of a small but went with a medium and it fits really well even though the sizing suggests is for people slightly taller and heavier than I am.

I am a novice Triathlete, this is my first wetsuit. After reading other reviews, I ordered a size up and glad I did. At 5 foot 2 120lbs. a medium is a good fit. The suit is tight but supposed to be. I can move my shoulders and the buoyancy is just right. Our ocean is 57 degress, I am able to stay in the water for 30-45 minutes and am warm as long as I keep moving. I think this is a great choice.

Despite the reviews, I ordered the XS, since it was a great price and the only size available. Unfortunately, although I fit the specs for the XS (5'3", 110lb), it was way too small. I couldn't zip it up and had to have my husband help me peel it off.
I tried a S at a store today, and it fit great. I like the stretchy panels in the armpits, which give a lot of motion. The stretchy bits on calves and forearms make it easier to put on than the Quintana Roo one I tried. I ended up getting an S3 instead of an Equip, because (I assume) it was a little cheaper, as it is their entry level suit.

I haven't actually used this suit in the water, so take my review with that in mind. I just wanted to write this for any petite ladies who are considering snatching up the XS at this very good price. Bottom line is this: instead of what the size chart says, XS is sized for more like 30-32" chest, under 100 lb if you're under 5' OR under 105 lb if you're between 5' and 5'2". That is, you have to be SLIM. I'm 4'10", 94 lb, chest 31" with significant muscle on my calves, quads, and arms, and the fit is very snug on my limbs. Torso is also snug, but there's probably still a bit of stretch there. Length-wise I do believe it can fit someone up to 5'3". If you are well under my weight estimates up there, then the suit will probably fit you.
