I used this suit as a beginner in triathlons. A little tight getting on , but once I got a sytem down it was ok. Order a size up from the chart. Good investment without busting the bank.

Based on feedback on some other sites I ordered a size larger than the sizing chart indicated. I was at the upper end of a small but went with a medium and it fits really well even though the sizing suggests is for people slightly taller and heavier than I am.

I am 5'6", 132 lbs. and I got the medium. Other than the legs being a bit short, it fits wonderfully. Add 15 lbs to your body weight and order that size, because the sizing chart runs small.

Love this suit - and such a bargain! No harder than any other wetsuit to take off. Does run a bit small, I am a sz 4-6 and the medium is a good fit.

I'm a wannabe triathlete. I would never pay retail for a suit like this, but at the price I paid I had to try it. I was using a Stealth suit which was great at first. However the suit was a little big in the water. A wetsuit for swimming will feel super snug on land and then in the water it's perfect. The Apex has a neck seal which is great. The suit is super boyent(sp?) and makes me fast. My husband is faster in the pool and he could not keep up to me in the open water when I have this suit on. I'm a novice swimmer and I was amazed at how the suit keeps me on top of the water. The lettering all over the suit is a little different, but the red arms are cool and the suit fits like a glove. I'm keeping it!

i actually had to send it back. i am 5'7" 145lbs and a medium seemed to fit well all around (a little tight but manageable) except it ended up being like capri pants. otherwise it seemed like a very well built suit. solid stitching and quality neoprene.

I am an entry level triathlete, tried this out in the lake for my first swim, kept me very warm and provided lots of extra bouyancy. I was between sizes, I am 5'4" 130 pounds, so I opted to go for the Medium. The medium lists as being good for someone that is 5'9", I think this suit would barely cover thier knees as it is midway up my calf. Also as I am at the low end of the weight suggested for this suit and I could barely get it on I think someone that weighs a little more would have difficulty. If you are at all unsure go for the next size up. Lastly, as with all womens wetsuits, it was tight across the shoulders as we women are not supposed to have upper body strength. This top fits great,and felt fast and lightweight in a recent triathlon I did. Very comfortable, no issues.

The only problem I have with the ORCA equip is that the stickers that protect the inside inseams are peeling off already after 1st use. This equip is probably 4-5 year old model probably 2005-2006 and it has been in the warehouse probably for quite some time. Good for beginer or someone who needs triathlon wetsuit only couple times a year.
