Bought it for my Wife
Reviewed by Sue3012 from Dallas, TX on Wednesday, November 13, 2013I really like the backpack, eventhough it is not the most practical one. I use a backpack on a everyday basis. I take it hiking, to work, and to school. I have to say for a person of my height (74''), it does not carry very well. It seems like it is not long enough. For some reason it is either too high on my back or too far down but at the same time to far away from my back. I also don't like that it has no bottle holders on the side. Other than that it is not bad but there a far better backpacks out there.
Reviewed by Gizmo from NW Montana on Wednesday, October 30, 2013Awesome pack! Only thing I would change is the color (but it's not a deal breaker). I plan on using this for a winter pack - day hikes. It would have been nice if it was offered in colors - rather than in white. In the event of an emergency (or an emergency evacuation) seems likes it would be much easier to spot someone with a brightly colored backpack vs a white backpack. It's designed as a winter pack - has snowboard & pole carrying capacity - so you would think that it would be offered in bright colors (not just white). Doh!
Reviewed by Barbara from California on Wednesday, October 30, 2013I was looking for a smaller pack for day hikes and overnighters. I didn't research this one and was pleasantly surprised. Good quality with lots of features. Hydration pouch, waistband pocket, nice back support, even a built in whistle. Very comfortable.
Reviewed by Chelsea from Reno nv on Saturday, October 19, 2013This bag is a great bash with two compartments for your dry gear and food and a second compartment for your shovel. It did say snowboard compatible but I have found it a challenge to strap it on securely, requiring me to buy a second strap to attach to the ski straps.
