“When looking straight on in the mirror I see what looks like a wing flare at the bottom of the skirt on either side. That's right, it does not hang well and looks poorly made. I believe this could have been avoided it the panels had been double seamed on the sides as they are around the rest of the skirt. I sent it back.”
