    When looking straight on in the mirror I see what looks like a wing flare at the bottom of the skirt on either side. That's right, it does not hang well and looks poorly made. I believe this could have been avoided it the panels had been double seamed on the sides as they are around the rest of the skirt. I sent it back.

    I bought this skirt in both colors and am glad I did. I didn't realize they were Petit; I bought them because the description said they were 25" in length and I like skirts to hit just below my knee. I'm certainly not petit (5'7") but these are perfect for me.

    This is a nice skirt. The size might be a tad bit big, but the waist is semi elastic so I would go with your normal size or one size down. The elastic isn't really apparent, but it would be if the size was too large.
