“Good for hanging around out of the water”

“I have had a few months to try this out at different venues over the summer -- swimming pools, waterpark, running around after little kids, etc. I ordered this suit because I didn't get back into my post-pregnancy tummy/chest fast enough for summer, and in particular wanted to hide the middle flab from baby #2 but still be able to run around with the two kids at the pool and waterpark without feeling terribly self-conscious. Normally a 14, I ordered the black in a 16 and found that it fit perfectly in the chest area and torso length, but was a little baggy in the behind. Luckily the skirt on the suit covers that issue right up. Although the side-wrap/toga style feels a little awkward to me, and the asymmetry of the shoulder straps is weird (although not really noticeable to casual observers), I feel comfortable at the waterpark walking around in the fountains with the kids, and sitting on the side of our community pool. For some reason the hubby seems to really like the look, asymmetry and gathered waistline and all. I have mixed feelings about the skirt itself -- it is great for covering up shaving issues and pulling eyes away from thighs, but just doesn't work when out in the pool itself. The skirt totally floats up and is swirling around you. If you swim a lap, it twists around. I can live with it until I get back to regular-swimsuit form.”
