    I expected a coarser nap on this suede jacket, but it is very smooth and fine. I am just a little freaked about getting it soiled if you know what I mean about suede. The Jacket is so nice makes me want to wear turtleneck just to keep the collar clean. A great price for a great piece.

    The styling was not for me. Although it's difficult to tell from the picture & description, the waist is elastic and there are expansion pleats on the side edges of the back. I'm not sure what this is called but I would describe it as a parachute back. From the picture I expected rugged/chic, but once I tried it on, I felt it had a bit of a dated look.

    I bought this jacket as a gift, so the recipient has not yet tried it on. But I think it is nicer than I had anticipated, with a soft, soft feel and quality workmanship. While not a particularly heavy jacket, I believe it could be worn several months of the year and I expect it to be worn for several years. Can't wait to wrap and give it!
