    This is a heavier and stiffer fabric than the usual Harris Tweed sport coat you'll see at every department store and party. So buy it! Do yourself a favor. It is a jacket you can wear to dinner with a light sweater, or on the field. My wife said right away "Is that a Harris Tweed? Nice looking. Different."

    I was excited to get this Orvis genuine Harris tweed coat and when I opened it, it was just that. Great coat; great buy. I eagerly put it on and what a disappointment. It fits at least two sizes too big. I have bought a number of sport coats recently and 44R fit very well. This one hangs a few inches off my sholders. I quickly went to the website to order the next smaller size and found no 42 available. Almost cried. If there is one the next size smaller than you normally wear, grab it!
