The described jacket looked like it would be a good fit for Arkansas which is often chilly but not usually cold enough for heavy, bulky winter wear. I think the jacket would have met that criteria but unfortunately it is small. It felt like it was 2 sizes smaller than I expected. I am sorry to have to send it back. I would recommend it to a friend but tell them to order larger than expected size.

I wear this to work and out for casual dinner. Can be dressed up or down. Great just below waist cut. fabulous with pants. warm but not to heavy for wool.
