Orvis Holly Flannel Sheet Set - King

Nice material and print but pillowcases are not king-size, nor standard-size, but something awkward inbetween. STP (Orvis?) says cases are 19" x 31". Mine are 19" x 32" after washing; I don't think they stretched, rather there's a quality-control issue. King cases are usually 20" x 40" and standard are 20" x 30" so these are much too short for king but 2" too long for standard, resulting in a floppy end of case. And if you need king cases, just try to buy some in a coordinating flannel! Also STP says 12" pockets on the fitted sheet, which may be true, but the rest of the sheet either started out small or shrunk, so the pockets just cover 9" of my 10" deep mattress. On the plus side, flannel is thick and soft, and print is pretty for the holidays and beyond. They will do until I find better.
