    Since the skirt is cut on the bias I ordered a size larger than I otherwise would have and it fits well. Finding skirts that are long enough is a problem for me and this fits the bill.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    was looking to replace my previous travel-skirt. this one was not a good choice for me, even though bias-cuts are usually a safe-choice regarding fit. this one looked frumpy and bulged around hip/waist. seemed like one of those countless clothing products made in china without really care to detail/fit. even if it were sold for 1$, wouldn't want to wear it.
