Orvis Reversible Handstitched Jacket (For Women)

Closeouts. Steeped in the rich histories of Nepal and India, this reversible Orvis jacket employs the ancient art of block printing. Each pattern is meticulously hand stitched, as are the border prints.

I really like this jacket. It is attractive and well made. It is good for spring and summer weather in Alaska. I have received compliments when wearing it. It seems true to size. I am 5' 4" and weigh 135 lb. I purchased a medium. I have not washed it yet. I think I will wash it in cold water and fluff a little in the dryer, then hang to dry. I read some concerns in previous reviews regarding the color blue. I wore it with jeans and I think it looked really nice.

I have three Orvis jackets, and I like them all. They are light , good for spring and early fall. This last one is a little large for me(medium size), but I decided to keep it anyway.

As is the vast majority of what is Orvis .. this is a very nice and versatile jacket that can be worn in at least two seasons of the year ..!! The fit is very consistent with all Orvis products .. and the name speaks for itself ..!! I could not be more satisfied with this jacket ..!!

This jacket fits remarkably well for a fairly square cut jacket, and both sides look good. My only question is figuring out what goes best with the colors--many kinds of blue don't look right with it.

This is one of Orvis' intriguing reversible jackets: colored design on the outside and white stitching on the inside. It is not too heavy for cool evenings.

I love this jacket. It is light weight, reversible (but I love the patterned side), goes great with blue jeans, and looks a little dressier than a jean jacket. I wear it whenever the weather is cool enough to require a cardigan.

Reversible, and either side of jacket is gorgeous in its own casual way. If it is a tad large on you, then rejoice, for this is a fabric that shrinks a bit when you hand-wash it. (If the tacked-on label bothers you, just carefully snip it and you have two sides to wear.) I love different, more boutique-type clothing, and this jacket is right up there on my list. And could you ever beat this price?! Nowhere! Personally, I care not if my clothes are "head turners" to others; I wear things for myself alone, actually. However, this jacket will create a stir. Be prepared! :)

Have received many compliments. This is perfect for the mild winter and fall of south Texas. My colleague at work had me order one for her.
