Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

we live in th highlands of Colorado in a log home. This quilt is the perfect weight for us and though called 'schoolhouse' looks more like log cabins. It withstands the rigors of 4 children & 3 mastiffs jumping on it daily and still looks great.
