“This is one of those foxy, flouncy skirts that makes even a homebound girl feel like dancing again! I wear this skirt whenever I need that lift to my spirits, which -- in the middle of a midwestern winter -- is often. The only thing that's not so great about it is the necessity of getting it to the dry cleaners now and then, but even that won't stop me from enjoying this skirt.”
