    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Although I loved the color blue of this dress and the feel of the silk between my fingers, there was no stretch in the fabric and I was not comfortable with the fabric over my hips. I think I'm a little too use to the "stretch" that clothing manufacturers give us now in fabrics. I had to return this item becaus e I could not see myself wearing something so uncomfortable.

    I needed a nice dress to wear for a June wedding. This dress will be perfect for the occasion. It's a lovely color, and the material feels wonderful next to the skin. The skirt is a little long, (I'm 5'3"), but will be easy to shorten. I also like the fact that it is washable.
