“This skirt is too big because I am between sizes--I wear an xl in most women's clothing, but Orvis uses larger sizing. I ordered large, and could have used medium, but if I gain weight in the winter--better to belt the skirt, I think! I ordered it because I need tough, durable skirts for Native American ceremonies, where participants work outdoors a good deal, and it is perfect for the job. It has sturdy pockets for carrying incidentals, and is heavy enough to ward off brush and insects, but full enough to be cool in hot weather. It is good looking, to boot. You can't beat the deal!”
