    Although my husband has yet to wear this particular sport coat, I have looked it over with my keen, extensive seamstress knowledge & eye. Surprisingly soft fabric; very touchable. Product workmanship is clean, (sewing threads are clean cut & finished, bottons secure). Seams are accurate (no inappriopriate fabric fold-overs and hinges). Generous cut fits almost as if it were personally tailored. I would like the benefit of having extra buttons sewn into the seam, which this sport coat does not provide.

    The close-ups on the page make this fabric look tweedy, with a bulkier texture, which I was planning on pairing with sweaters. The actual texture is quite a bit smoother, reminding me at first a little bit of carpet padding material. That being said, it has really grown on me -- it is very nicely cut, warm, versatile, and looks quite good. I haven't tried it over sweaters yet, but it works very well over dress shirts. [...]

    Rich chocalate-y brown with hints of subtle rust tones. Heavier weight with plush feel. I got it for my husband and love it.(So does he) It is a 40XL and he is a 40 L (thought i'd ordered 40L) So we have to see if it can be tailored a little....He's tall and thin 6'3 168 so for him it will need to be taken in. Really a great,versatile jacket for the price!!
