    The last travel pack from STP lasted 18 yrs, and it was time toget another. The pack is kind of an odd shape for a duffel, and has no flaps or panels to cover the waist band or the pack suspension, so those parts stick out. I've already sent it back. It seems very well constructed, but not what I wanted.

    I used this traveling around India and Nepal. We were constantly getting on and off different forms of transport, and it was easy to grab quickly. I especially liked the fact that it packed like a suitcase (instead of like the traditional backpack). There was only one set of back straps. These were on the smaller pack (which zipped onto the larger). This could be seen as either a pro or con (depending on usage). Overall, great pack!
