Great coat to have for outdoor sports like hawking, falconry and photography especially in wet weather.

This jacket is better than expected, working outside, warm, water resistant, and good looking.

This is a great-looking, comfortable jacket, very similar in style to a Belstaff Trialmaster riding jacket (such as Will Smith wears in I Am Legend). The vintage-look fabric looks much better firsthand than in the photos. The fit is snug in the body, though not so snug that it can't be worn over a light-to-medium-weight sweater. The sleeves are long enough to accommodate those who normally wear a "tall" size. Comfy lining, lightweight insulation, lots of pockets, flattering cut, and great style. This one's a winner.

I ordered the small, I'm a 38 short suit, (often a 37 short in today's vanity sizing). It's way too big and unflattering. I have waxed cotton jackets from Belstaff, Barbour, Filson and Drizabone: they all look more classic and tailored, but of course they cost much more than this one. STP needs to include detailed measurements, such as armpit to armpit, shoulder seam to shoulder seam and waist measurements of a jacket. The chest on the small, armpit to armpit is about 23".
