I was shipped the gray and orange version of this hat when I ordered the black and green. So, the wrong colored hat arrived bent out of shape because it wasn't packaged properly for shipping. To top it off, the "L/XL flexfit" hat was too big for my head anyways. Did the "chat with a live rep" online who was helpful enough to tell me to call customer service. Hmmm, I thought he was supposed to be serving the customer? Then, later, I clicked on something somewhere that asked if I'd like a customer service representative to contact me, and I never heard anything after that. That hat still sits in my room with a bent bill and the tags on it. Additionally, I've created an account twice but whenever I try to log in it says there is no account registered with that email address. That's funny because I get 20 emails a day from STP.
