“for balloon heads”

“This product is WAY to big and designed poorly - fit wise. It's tall from top to bottom - even medium covers ear tops and almost eyebrow. The diameter also runs big so it does not fit tight against the head which means it it will blow off (if you can see out from under it). I have the medium and and medium - large adult head. Girly baseball cap fit its not- not even close. The blue is the country slate blue (think wooden duck with a bow around its neck) - out like shag carpeting! Because I paid [$] I am not going to return it, so I guess STP gets my $$ for a poor product. I'd like to ask the manufacturer what they were thinking.”
