I'm 5'11, normally wear a medium tall, and am thrilled that the sleeves ARE long enough for me. There were no mediums left so I had to order large. The medium would have been a better fit but I'm keeping the large and will just wear it on days that I need fleece underneath too. The body isn't as fitted as I hoped so it's not the most flattering jacket I have, but the fabric quality is fab, esp for the price. I'm going to keep my eye out for other Outdoor Research jackets now that I know that have long arms. : - D

I'm 5'9'', with a rather large bust, so I ordered the large size and I think it fits perfectly. It's a cute modern cut, the sleeves aren't too long on me, and I can still wear a sweatshirt under it. As it turns to spring here in Chicago, I am a HUGE fan of it!!

Answer Sarah - I'd say extra large for a 14/16. I'm a size 8 and had to order a large since there were no mediums left, and the large is not all that huge on me (just big enough to wear fleece underneath). I think they are marked 'true to size'.
