His head is squarely in the 50th percentile, so we figured fit would be good. It's a bit big on him from crown to rim, but it's no big deal, as we can fold up the bottom edge until he grows into it (currently about an inch). I was surprised at how tight it was to his head, though. While I think we could get 2-3 years out of it length-wise, I think we'll only get this year out of it before his head is simply too big around.
