Outdoor Research Luna Gore-Tex® PacLite® Jacket - Waterproof (For Women)

I really like this jacket. I am 5'3 and 105 lbs and the XS was a good fit. The arms are a little big around the biceps, but that allows you to wear a heavy sweater or multiple layers underneath. I was worried about whether or not the jacket would feel too plastic-y and be really noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not. Loved the color too!

Got this coat to replace a leaky, mildewy Marmot Precip. I got a chance to test it right away in a big downpour. I stayed completely dry -hurrah! and was able to see, because the hood was easy to adjust. The sleeves are longer than I'd like and the torso shorter (though it covers me to mid-hip), but otherwise, the coat is great.

I bought this jacket for walking my dog on rainy days, but it has become an essential part of my daily life. It's a great barrier against the wind, rain and snow. Plus, the armpit zips allow for ventilation if things start to warm up. The sleeves are a little long, but that's the way I prefer them. I absolutely adore this jacket and am so glad I purchased it! It is stylish and functional.

I LOVE Outdoor Research and was looking for a coat just like this one. I am moving to Hawaii where it is warm, but rains. I didn't want something too warm, but I wanted something wind/rain proof. It is lightweight and can be stuffed into my backpack or glove compartment (just in case). It looks so flattering and I get a TON of compliments on it. The hood folds away but doesn't make the collar HUGE. When I was in MD/DC and we had a blizzard, I threw a warm jacket underneath it and I stayed warm and dry wile my friends' coats got waterlogged, soggy, heavy, and cold. AWESOME jacket!!

I bought this jacket for my wife. She loves it. The pit zippers are a must. Materials apprear to be top notch and the price was the best by far.

It is so lightweight, effective and stylish.

I haven't used this jacket in the rain yet so I didn't give it 5 stars. The fit and feel are great. It packs down nice and small for travel. I am 5'4 and 115 lbs and got the med to make sure I could layer comfortably. I could probably have done the small.

This is a really nice jacket. Gore-Tex PacLite is the lightest, most breathable waterproof membrane that is still durable. The soft, flexible outer face fabric increases the weight and bulk slightly over a single-layer PacLite jacket, but the added durability and wearability are well worth it. The drop hood is a nice feature. The pocket flaps seem backwards, but it's no big deal. Large pit vents with waterproof zips are a must. I am 5'3", 135 lbs and usually wear a medium or small and I got the small. It fits great on my upper torso and arms (good range of motion), but is just ever so slightly on the short side and a little tight on my (large) hips. It is great for a 3-season layer but in this size on me it wouldn't accommodate my larger fleece/down jackets underneath as a winter shell, but that's fine with me. Beautiful color!

Got it for it's sale price. Its a basic jacket that will do the job. But-No inside pocket. Sleeves are long and jacket is short and a bit snug for a shell.

Got this jacket for my wife, she loves it! First words were, "its so light" and "this will be prefect year round". Packs small, perfect features, no extra BS.
