    Light-weight, packable, and waterproof. Hard to beat. Note: It is not exactly a traditional style baseball cap. It has more modern style. The bill is thin and the dome is smooth, close fitting, with few seems.

    I wanted my velcro-visor equestrian helmet to offer better sun protection, so I tried taking off the helmet's visor and just wearing this beanie underneath the helmet. It works great. More secure than the helmet's original visor, thinness of beanie makes the fit just the same as before, and my head is warmer for the fall. I would give it a five if the bill were longer.
